The Centre for Women Leadership is committed to driving
the growth of women as leaders within the economy.
The centre proposes to address barriers to the entry,
retention, and growth of women as leaders in the
economy, both within the formal and informal sector,
through a range of initiatives.
The CII Centre for Women Leadership in collaboration with the US State Department is conducting an interaction with Ms. Mercedes Soria, Executive Vice President of Software Engineering and the Chief Intelligence Officer at Knightscope Inc. Mercedes is a Mentor at the U.S. Department of State’s TechWomen initiative where she coaches women in STEM fields from Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. The conversation will bring together industry leaders from across sectors and uncover the current development in the field of AI and Machine learning while exploring the opportunities for inclusion of women through the evolution of this sector.
